Third-party specialists in the transformation
We carry out top quality processes of cross-cutting, edge-trimming and perforation. Our process starts with the cross-cutting of large fully-faced wood panels (up to 5600×2200 mm), then continues to trimming and edging all four sides and finally perforation. The finished panels are then stacked on pallets and wrapped in film, ready for delivery to our customers.
Our production premises occupy more than 20,000 square metres. We employ some 70 staff and produce over 30,000 panels every day, operating constantly in three shifts. We have specialist installations and technology for large batch production. We are committed to maximum quality, our best-known and most distinctive characteristic.

Process specifications
- Panel thickness worked: 12-40 mm.
- Edge glueing technology: EVA thermal fuse adhesives.
- Thickness and finish of edges: smoothing + rounding for thickness up to 2 mm.
- Contouring, contoured edges, sloping cuts, grooves, keyholes etc can be executed.
